Ambet e.V. enjoys an excellent reputation in the region of Brunswick, in particular for its services for dementia patients. Its nursing home, Auguste, provides full inpatient nursing and care for 35 persons.

The organisation sought to consolidate and extend its market position and build and run a further nursing home. It was therefore looking for a partner to provide support starting early in the during the development process, and provide consultation and advice at a high management level. The new nursing home, Auguste, opened in 2007 providing 77 nursing places and creating an additional 70 new jobs in the SeeViertel neighbourhood of Salzgitter. Ambet has successfully consolidated its market position and enhanced its regional profile.
